Why we exist
Buying a rollator for your mom shouldn’t feel like ordering medical supplies from a 1998 catalog. Most of the websites in this category are clinical, chintzy, and confusing — pages of part numbers, no context, and zero respect for the person actually using the equipment.
Stridewell exists to fix that. We carry equipment we’d hand to our own parents, write about it in plain English, and stand behind every order with a real human you can call. Same dignified product, without the dread.

Stridewell is the direct-sales sister brand of Wheel Walkers, the GTA’s trusted mobility rental company since 2012. Same warehouse on Chesswood Drive. Same team that’s outfitted thousands of Toronto families. Same standards for fit and follow-through.
Wheel Walkers handles short-term rentals — the post-surgery knee scooter, the visiting parent’s rollator. Stridewell handles ownership — the equipment you keep, the chair that becomes part of daily life. Two brands, one team, thirteen years of hands-on experience.
