Products & information. We work to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate. Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Mobility equipment specifications come from manufacturers; confirm fit and suitability for your needs before purchase — we're happy to help by phone.
Not medical advice. Information on this site is general in nature and is not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional (physician or occupational therapist) about which mobility equipment is appropriate for your specific condition.
Funding programs. Eligibility for funding programs (private insurance, WSIB, Veterans Affairs Canada, tax credits) is determined by each program, not by us. Some programs, including the Ontario Assistive Devices Program (ADP), only fund purchases made through their registered vendors; Stridewell is not currently an ADP-registered vendor, and purchases from us are not eligible for ADP funding. We can provide detailed receipts and documentation for insurance or tax purposes, but we do not guarantee reimbursement from any program.
Orders & payment. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers. We may cancel and refund orders we cannot fulfill.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in Ontario.
