The byACRE Scandinavian Butler is an indoor rollator built for the home. A cork-topped tray and a felt basket carry dinner, a book, a laptop or a blanket from room to room, so you are never choosing between holding on and carrying something. Eight soft rubber wheels turn on the spot and will not mark floors.

Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. The byACRE Carbon Ultralight and Carbon Overland are on the floor to try at 3995 Chesswood Dr in North York, Monday to Friday 9:30 to 5. Most other equipment is kept boxed and assembled when you buy, so call ahead and we will tell you what can be seen that day. Power chairs and scooters come to you: a free in-home demo anywhere in the GTA, no obligation. Book a demo.
Will it fit me, my car, my doorways?
Call 289-401-7778. Five minutes with a specialist settles seat width, weight capacity and whether it folds into your trunk. If a different model suits you better, we will say so.
How fast is delivery?
In-stock items: same-day delivery across the GTA. We confirm the window by phone after you order. Travel Buggy power chairs and scooters are ordered in from the manufacturer and shipped to your door; we confirm the timing when you order.
What if it is not right?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. It needs to be unused, in its original packaging, with your receipt. Opened bath and hygiene items and special-order items (including order-only power chairs and scooters) can't be returned. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours. Email stridesales@stridewellmobility.ca or call and we will walk you through it. Full return policy.
